抑郁症中医辨证分型与外周血神经递质的关系 被引量:11

摘要 目的研究抑郁症患者中医辨证分型与外周血神经递质的关系。方法采用病例对照研究的方法,共观察139例中医辨证为肝郁气滞、肝郁脾虚、肝郁痰阻、心脾两虚、心肾不交型的抑郁症患者,分别与30例正常人对比,观察各组外周血5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)的差异。结果肝郁气滞组NE,肝郁脾虚、肝郁痰阻、心脾两虚及心肾不交组5-HT、NE、DA低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);各组有一定比例5-HT及NE功能低下及亢进者与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);肝郁气滞、心脾两虚组分别有29.03%、25%DA功能亢进者与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论大部分抑郁症患者外周血5-HT、NE、DA低于正常人,但有部分患者表现为5-HT、NE、DA功能亢进,且各证型5-HT、NE、DA功能水平不同。 Objective To study the relationship between TCM syndrome types and peripheral neurotransmitter of major depression (MD) patients. Methods One hundred and thirty-nine MD patients, with TCM syndrome types of liver qi stagnation, liver depression and spleen deficiency, liver depression and phlegm obstruction, deficiency of both heart and spleen, non-interaction of heart and kidney, were researched by case-control study. The indicators between each TCM syndrome type and 30 normal subjects of 5-HT, NE and DA in peripheral blood were observed. Results NE of liver qi stagnation, and 5-HT, NE, DA of the other four types were lower than the normal group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05, P〈0.01) 29.03% of liver qi stagnation and 25% of deficiency of both the heart and spleen were DA hyperthyroidism, and compared with the normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion The 5-HT, NE, DA levels of most MD patients are less than the normal group, however the levels of some patients were high, and the 5-HT, NE, DA levels of different syndrome types are different.
