Study on AMCS Oriented to the Agile Manufacturing

在分析制造系统控制结构的发展轨迹的基础上，提出了具有分散化、集成化、智能化特征的先进制造系统模式， 构建了车间级的敏捷制造系统——先进管理控制系统（ＡＭＣＳ）的体系结构及其功能模型。ＡＭＣＳ基于现场控制系统ＦＣＳ的两层控制结构，在功能上则融合了制造执行系统ＭＥＳ的车间管理功能和ＦＣＳ的控制功能。ＡＭＣＳ与传统的ＭＥＳ不同，它不只作为一种提供解决领域问题的软件手段，而在更大程度上是一种用集成手段解决问题的思想方法。

Based on the development of the control structure of manufacturing system, the advanced manufacturing system pattern with the characteristics of decentralization, integration and intelligentization is put forward, then the paper proposes to establish the agile manufacturing system of shopfloor level, the advanced management and control system(AMCS), and the architecture and the function model of AMCS are also presented. Based on the two layer control structure of FCS, AMCS integrates the plant management ability of MES and the control ability of FCS. It is also pointed out that differing from MES as a software solution, AMCS is a kind of thought way to solve domain problems with integrated method.
