电针对急性局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠海马CA1区MMP-2表达的影响

摘要 目的:探讨电针对局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠海马CA1区基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)表达的影响。方法:SD雄性大鼠24只分为假手术组、模型组和电针组,每组8只。模型组和电针组建立大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞模型(MCAO),电针组于缺血2h再灌注开始时进行电针治疗,取百会和大椎穴,持续电刺激20min。脑缺血再灌注24h后,各组均用免疫组化法测定海马CA1区MMP-2的表达水平。结果:模型组大鼠海马CA1区MMP-2表达较假手术组明显升高,而电针组大鼠海马CA1区MMP-2表达较模型组明显降低。结论:电针可能通过降低MMP-2的表达,保护血脑屏障,减少脑水肿,从而保护脑组织。
