摘要
南京地铁二号线高架桥上部结构采用单线开口薄壁U形梁,通过介绍U形梁预制施工技术,包括制梁场地布置、模板拼装、钢筋绑扎、预应力筋定位和张拉及混凝土浇筑,每一道施工工序都进行严格控制,保证U形梁生产质量,经静载破坏试验,生产U形梁符合设计要求,满足轻轨使用要求。
The superstructure of viaduct of Nanjing subway line 2 adopts single-line opening thin-wall U-type beam.Prefabrication construction technique of U-type beam is introduced and each construction procedure is strictly controlled,such as layout of site for beam fabrication,formwork assembly,binding of steel bar,positioning of prestressing,tensioning and concrete casting,so as to ensure the production quality of U-type beam.After dead-load breakdown test,the U-type beam meets the design requirements and satisfies the requirements of light rail.
