摘要
某高层住宅为钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构,通过论述结构设计时应注意的剪力墙布置、结构计算、风荷载的体型系数及干扰系数取值、连梁设计等几方面问题,并结合实际工程经验,提出悬挑构件双层配筋、地下室外墙纵筋位置、墙体开洞处理等结构构造措施。
A high-rise residential building adopts reinforced concrete shear wall structure.The problems on some aspects,such as shear wall layout,structural calculation,shape coefficient and influence coefficient of wind load,design of coupling wall-beam,etc.,which may be encountered during structural design are discussed,and measures for cantilever component double-layer reinforcement,longitudinal reinforcement position on basement external wall and treatment of wall opening are proposed according to practical engineering experiences.
