诱导缝在地下工程中的应用与分析 被引量:3

摘要 常州客运中心预留地铁站房工程通过设置诱导缝,将车站结构沿纵向分解成不同的施工段,对止水带和封头模板进行处理,分层浇筑混凝土,保证诱导缝施工质量。工程完成后任取两块墙板进行裂缝描述分析,结果表明,地下工程中设置诱导缝,并经过针对性的施工过程后,可使裂缝集中在诱导缝处出现,不仅可大幅减少裂缝的数量,还可降低外墙防裂工程费和防渗维护费。 In the reserved Subway Station Engineering of Changzhou Passenger Transport Center,inducing joint is set to divide the station structure into several construction segments longitudinally.Water stop tie and end template are treated to place the concrete in different layers and to guarantee the construction quality of inducing joint.After construction,the fissures of two wallboards are described.The results show that fissures may be emerged intensively in the position of inducing joint when the construction processing is carried out.The measures can not only reduce the fissure amount,but also decrease the engineering cost and seepage-proofing repairs expense.
