厨房煤气的泄漏具有巨大危害性,会对生命财产造成巨大的损失,因此有必要设计一个智能系统,能够实时监控厨房的煤气泄漏情况,并且可以进行应急处理。智能厨房煤气监控系统可对厨房内煤气浓度进行实时监控。当气体浓度超标时,该系统自动完成及时报警,关闭煤气阀门,开启通风设备以及通知小区保安等功能。该系统硬件主要由气体传感器,电磁阀,新型的单片机(PIC16F877)以及执行装置等部件构成,软件由C语言编程并通过循环查询的方式实现。详细介绍了该系统的原理架构,硬件组成,软件实现。

Gas leakage in Kitchen is very dangerous,which will lead to serious damage to lives and property,so it＇s necessary to design a intelligent system to intime monitor gas leakage condition and deal with emergency.Gas Monitoring system of Intelligent Kitchen can intime monitor gas density.When gas density is higher than standard value,the system will do a series of function automatically,such as intime alarming,closing gas valve,opening air-through equipment and informing safe-guarder etc.The system include gas sensor,electromagnetic valve,SCM PIC16F877 and processing device etc.This article introduce schematic diagram,hardware and software parts.
