摘要
对１４０例广州员村地区０￣１２岁健康小儿进行了发碘测定。结果表明，平均发碘含量为０．９６１２ｇ，男女发碘水平无显著差异。４５．７１％的小儿发碘水平低于正常值，尤以学龄前期儿童，新生儿为显著，提示本区小儿缺碘仍较普遍，为今后儿童保健工作提供了新的依据。
The content of hair 1 of 140 children aged 0~12 in Yuancun area of GuangZhou was deter-drined. The average I value was 0. 9612 g without significant difference between sex. There were 45 .71%children whose hair I values were lower than the normal value, especially among the pro-sclcool childrenand the newbom babies. It indicated that the I deficiency is still prevalent, which supplies a new basisfor children care.
