摘要
分别用硝酸、高氨酸消化试样与硫酸、过氧化氢消化试样方法对比，采用定磷法测定样品中核酸含量。结果表明，两种试样消化方法不存在显著性差异（p＜0．05）。
The methods of determiation of nucleic acid content by using nitric acid and perchloric acid orsulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide are reviewed. The result show that there is no significant diffrencebetween the two methods, P < 0. 05.
