摘要
利用有限元分析软件(ANSYS),建立了一台3相4极小型异步电动机的二维场路耦合有限元模型。在考虑异步电动机齿槽形状、铁芯饱和等影响的前提下,对该异步电动机进行谐波仿真分析和伪静止瞬态分析,比较两种分析方法的优缺点,分别得出了电机在空载、堵转等多种情况下的磁力线分布和定子电流的分布。其分析结果与实验数据基本吻合,精度满足工程要求,从而验证了该有限元模型的合理性,为异步电动机的故障诊断和优化设计奠定基础。
This paper established two-dimensional field-circuit coupled finite element model of an induction motor,which is three-phase and four-pole,by using finite element analysis software(ANSYS).In considering the influences of the induction motor's cogging shape and core saturation,the induction motor was analyzed by using harmonic simulation and pseudo-static transient analyses respectively,and compared the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods,and derived the distributing of the electromagnetic field and the current of the stator under the no-load and locked rotor.By comparing with the experimental data,the accuracy meets the engineering requirements,and verifies the rationality of finite element model.and lay a foundation for the fault diagnosis and optimal design of induction motor.
