56 cases with deep abscess of manunary gland were treated by negative pressure and sealed styleincision and drainage with small cut. The curative thects were fine. The results showed that the pain wasgreatly reduced and the treatment time was shortened. This method is simple and easy to popularize amonggross - met hygien units.
