农产品加工业发展迅速,并且表现出明显的集聚态势,但是,也有许多农产品加工产业集群由于区位、结构、政策、市场等因素而面临衰退风险。农产品加工产业集群与其它产业集群一样,存在生命周期。分析了农产品加工产业集群在萌芽、发展、稳定和创新发展阶段的衰退风险的不同影响因素、表现形式和识别途径,为更加科学合理规划农产品加工产业集群,避免和减缓集群衰退,提供了理论参考。

Agricultural product processing industry has developed rapidly and demonstrated a clear concentration trend,but also there are many agricultural products processing industry clusters face the decline risk,due to location,structure,technology,market risk factors,and so on.This paper states that there are also lifecycle in the development of agricultural product processing industry cluster,analyzes the causing factors,manifestations and identification of decline risk in the different stages of agricultural product processing industry cluster,and provides a theoretical reference to the more scientific and rational planning for the agricultural product processing industry clusters and to avoid clusters decline recession.
