世界经济危机下大学生就业心理及其对策研究

A Study of Employment Psychological Problems of College Students and Countermeasures in the Context of World Economic Crises

我国大学生就业问题一直是关系国计民生的一个重要问题,世界经济危机的冲击,更加剧了大学生就业的困难。大学生作为一个特殊的群体,在就业过程当中如何正确应对来自多方面的挑战,是需要深入研究的。从一名大学普通心理辅导工作者的角度,对大学生就业心理作出了分析,并提出有益的对策。

The issue of employment of students in our country has been an issue concerning the national economy and people＇s livelihood.The shock from the world economic crises intensifies the difficulties of students＇ employment.That,as a special group,they should learn to correctly deal with different types of challenges is something worth studying.An analysis of students＇ employment psychological problems is made from the perspective of an ordinary psychological guiding worker and some beneficial strategies are presented.
