论高校就业指导课中的德育渗透

The Permeation of Moral Education in the Course of Employment Guiding in Institutions of Higher Learning

高校就业指导课不仅在"技"上给学生以指导,更要注入"道"的内容,引导学生进行深入地自我反思、道德评价,充分认识自我。在高校就业指导课中,教师除讲解就业政策、分析就业形势、收集需求信息、传授择业技巧外,还应涵盖对学生的职业意识、职业理想、职业道德、职业价值取向等方面的培养和教育,帮助学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。大学生就业指导工作既是高等学校素质教育的重要组成部分,也是高校开展德育工作的有效途径和必要补充。

The course of Employment Guiding is offered not only to help the students in technology but also in morality,guiding them to reflect deeply upon themselves,to evaluate themselves morally and to be fully informed of themselves.In the teaching of the course,in addition to lecturing on employment policies,to analyzing employment situation,to collecting necessary information,imparting employment skills,the teacher should help the students establish a correct outlook on the world,on life and of values.The work of guiding the students in employment is not only an important component part of quality-oriented education in colleges and universities but also an effective way for and necessary supplement to moral education in institutions of higher learning.
