摘要
棉/丝光羊毛混纺纱前处理采用酶精练工艺,在精练酶5 g/L、渗透剂JFC 3 g/L、pH值7、温度为55℃的条件下处理50 min,纱线毛效超过8.0 cm/30 min,可满足后续染整加工要求;采用双氧水漂白工艺,在双氧水质量浓度为20 g/L、pH值10、60℃的条件下处理90 min,漂后纱线亨特白度值较高,且纱线强力变化不大。碱溶解度测定结果表明,纱线羊毛组分损伤程度不大,采用ANOZOL常规活性染料一浴法染色,部分染料品种对棉、毛两组分可获得较好的同色性。
Pretreatment of cotton/mercerized wool blended yarns is carried out at 55 ℃ for 50 minutes with 5 g/L scouring enzyme,3 g/L penetrating agent JFC and pH value 7.Capillary effect value of scoured yarns is higher than 8.0 cm/30 min.Hydrogen peroxide bleaching process is carried out at 60 ℃ for 90 minutes with 20 g/L hydrogen peroxide and pH value 10.Higher Hunter whiteness of the bleached yarns is obtained without obvious strength loss.Alkali solubility test shows that pretreatment exerts little damage to wool component so that the quality of blended yarns is assured.Cotton and wool components have the same color with some conventional reactive dyes ANOZOL in one bath.
