摘要
由于羊绒极其纤细,且对碱非常敏感,因而棉/粘胶/羊绒混纺筒子纱需在弱碱条件下进行前处理和染色。通过选用NaHCO3作为煮练碱剂,将pH值控制在8~9,适当延长煮练时间,再经氧漂,Sum ifx HF染料一浴法染色,可获得同色性好、色牢度佳、羊绒损伤小的优质纱线。
Because cashmere is extremely fine,and very sensitive to alkali,pretreatment and dyeing of cotton/viscose/cashmere blended cheese is carried out in weak alkali conditions.Scoured with sodium bicarbonate at pH value 8～9,and then bleached with peroxide hydrogen,dyed with Sumifx HF dyes in one bath,the blended yarn features union shade,high color fastness,and low damage to cashmere.
