摘要
[目的]探讨评判性思维能力培养在助产护生带教中的应用。[方法]采用修订的中文版评判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)在实习前后对28名助产护生进行评判性思维能力的评定,在临床带教过程中运用评判性思维的方法。[结果]实习后助产护生CTDI-CV评分优于实习前(P均<0.05)。[结论]评判性思维的运用可有效促进助产护生能力的提高,提高教学质量。
Objective:To probe into the application of critical thinking ability cultivation in teaching for midwifery students.Methods:A total of 28 midwifery students were conducted the evaluation of critical thinking ability by using revised"critical thinking ability measurement table-Chinese version"(CTDI-CV) before and after their practice,and to using critical thinking methods in clinical teaching for these students.Results:The CTDI-CV score of midwifery students after the practice was better than that before the practice(P0.05).Conclusion:The critical thinking can effectively promote the ability of midwifery students and improve teaching quality.
