不同组分、不同纯度中药复方多糖对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖影响

Effects of compound Chinese herb polysaccharides with different component and purity on the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes in mice

目的:研究中药复方多糖分级组分及不同纯度对小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞的增殖作用。方法:用ConA诱导T淋巴细胞增殖,用MTT法测定淋巴细胞的增殖能力。结果:水煎剂、总多糖、分级组分2、纯化组分2均可极显著促进小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞增殖,并能增加ConA诱导T淋巴细胞增殖。结论:中药复方的不同活性部位具有不同的免疫调节活性。

Objective： To investigate the effects of compound polysaccharides with different component and purity on cell proliferation of splenic lymphocytes in mice.Methods： Compound polysaccharides and ConA were added into the cell culture to stimulate the growth of spleen lymphocytes,MTT colorimetric was used to determine the lymphocytes proliferation.Results： The results showed that the water decoction,the total polysaccharide of Chinese herbal recipe,the grading components A2 and purification components B2 could all markedly promote lymphocyte proliferation and enhance the inducement of ConA on T lymphocyte proliferation.Conclusion： Compound Chinese herb polysaccharide could increase the immune function by promoting the lymphocyte proliferation in mice.
