白头翁不同提取物抑菌作用研究

Antibacterial effect of different extract of Pulsatilla chinensis(Bunge) Regel. in vitro

目的:探讨白头翁4种溶剂提取物抑菌作用。方法:采用K-B纸片扩散法测定不同提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、枯草杆菌的抑菌效果。结果:白头翁的不同溶剂提取物均有一定的抑菌效果,且作用效果差异不明显,而其抑菌效果随着浓度的增加而增强,4种提取物对枯草杆菌抑菌效果均较差;高浓度时,除水提组分外,其他3种提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌均表现为中敏。

K-B filter paper dispersion method was used to deterimine the antimicrobial effects of different extract from Pulsatilla chinensis（Bunge） Regel.on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Salmonella and Bacillus subtillis in vitro.The results showed that four kinds of extracts with different extractant could all inhibit the growth of bacteria more or less,and their antibacterial was strengthened as the concentration increased,but they had lower effect against Bacillus subtillis.The maximum concentration of three kinds of extracts except aqueous ones showed middle sensitivity to Staphylococcus aureus.
