The sharing of information as an objective phenomenon in the information era will inevitably give rise to,among sharers,conflicts that can only be settled by a law both promoting and governing the sharing.Being a legal system,the law itself is an information source,and using it is just an instance of sharing the information.It’s just in this sense that information law and sharing can be said to have been merged.
