第三脑室脊索样胶质瘤1例 被引量：4

Chordoid glioma of the third ventricle:one case report

摘要 患者,女,46岁,因＂双眼视力下降1年余,头晕10天余＂入院。查体：视力左眼：0.4,右眼：0.8,未见其他阳性体征。MRI示：鞍上及三脑室底不规则等T1、等T2信号肿块影,其内多发长T1、长T2信号影。
