重庆市社会保障水平与经济发展协调性研究

Research on coordination between social security level and economical development of Chongqing

着眼于统筹城乡基本公共服务,逐步提高农民社会保障水平是重庆市着手做好的重点工作之一,社会保障成为地区发展的重要方面。分析了重庆市社会保障及经济发展水平的基本情况,借助社会保障水平发展系数(CSS),反映社会保障水平与经济发展水平的适应程度,通过建立多元线性回归模型进行相关实证研究,发现重庆市社会保障水平滞后于人口老龄化,最后提出科学预测人口老龄化水平的影响,推进社会保障的城乡统筹,发展老年产业等对策建议。

Focusing on the coordination of urban and rural basic public services, gradually increasing farmers＇ social security leyel is one of the key jobs of Chongqing municipality.Social security is an important aspect in regional development. We analyze the basic situation of-social security and economic development level. By means of social security leve! development factor （CSS） which reflects the adaptation of social safeguard and economic development level ,through establishing the multivariate linear regression model correlative empirical research, we find that social security level lags behind the aging population in Chongqing. Finally we put forward countermeasures such as predicting scientifically the effect of aging population, promoting social security development of urban and rural, and developing elderly industries.
