摘要
以我国汽车产业创新系统为研究对象,以提升我国汽车产业创新能力,提高我国汽车产业竞争力为目的,在研究产业创新系统理论、产业创新的基础上,分析了当前我国汽车产业创新系统发展的现状,并对我国汽车产业创新系统的构建、运行机制等进行了探讨,其中将我国汽车产业创新系统分为3个子系统,包括技术开发系统、创新环境保障系统以及创新绩效监测和反馈系统。旨在为我国汽车产业创新政策的制定以及创新系统的构建提供依据,提升我国汽车产业竞争力。
Based on China＇ s automobile industry innovation system as the research object,in order to improve China＇ s automobile industry innovation ability and competitiveness for purpose, this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of China＇s automobile industry innovation system and operation mechanism on the basis of industry innovation system theory. This paper divides China＇s automobile industry innovation system into three subsystems, including technical development system,innovative environment protection system and innovation performance monitoring and feedback system. This paper is to provide a basis for promoting our automobile industrial competitiveness and innovation policy formulation and the construction of innovation system.
