基于Delphi、AHP和DEA的汽车行业上市公司经营效率评价及提升研究

数据包络分析(DEA)作为一种相对效率评价的专门方法,在汽车行业上市公司经营效率评价方面具有诸多优势。传统DEA应用的一个显著不足在于评价指标的选取过程不够科学,使得评价结果从起点就缺乏信服力。为解决这个问题,首先采用Delph(i德尔菲)法邀请多位评价人对备选指标进行AHP层次分析法(AHP)评价,选定评价指标,再运用DEA法得到我国汽车行业上市公司经营效率评价结果以及相应的提高目标值。既在理论上为效率评价研究做出了拓展,也为汽车行业节能减排、增强竞争力提供了有益参考。

There are many advantages to evaluate the business efficiency of the auto industry with DEA （data envelopment analysis）. One of the disadvantages of traditional use of DEA lies in the choosing of indexes. In order to overcome such problem,Delphi ＆ AHP are employed in the current study to select evaluation indexes more reasonably. With the selected indexes,DEA is used to compute the business evaluation results of the auto industry taking samples for stock market. Not only the evaluation results,but also the improvement suggestions for the necessary companies are put forward here to strengthen the competition power of the auto companies and save energy for the whole society.
