黑龙江省金融生态环境的分析及优化

Analysis and optimization for the financial ecological environment of Heilongjiang province

良好的金融生态环境是经济发展的基础,应该不断予以优化。利用中国人民银行关于金融生态环境的评价标准,构建了黑龙江省金融生态环境的衡量指标,采用比较分析的研究方法,将黑龙江省与我国其他29个省份的金融生态环境进行对比,结果表明黑龙江省金融生态环境的综合实力较差,就此提出推进产业结构调整,强化司法公正,完善信用体系,深化金融产品创新等优化对策。

Good financial ecological environment is the basis of entire economic growth and it should be optimized continuously. Based on the financial ecological environment evaluation criteria made by the China People＇s Bank, the article designs measures of the financial ecological environment. The paper analyzes and compares the financial ecological environment of Heilongjiang and in other 29 provinces. It is shown that the ecological environment of Heilongjiang is not good. We put forward the countermeasures of its optimization：adjusting production structure, strengthening the legislation justice, accomplishing the credit system, and deeping innovation of financial product.
