复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶治疗下肢浅静脉曲张腔内激光术后血栓性静脉炎

Compound sodium aescinate gel in treatment of thrombophlebitis after intracavitary laser surgery for superficial vein varix in lower extremity

目的对复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶治疗下肢浅静脉曲张腔内激光治疗(EVLT)术后血栓性静脉炎做出评价。方法 40例下肢浅静脉曲张患者,随机分成两组,每组20例:A组EVLT术后局部使用复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶,B组常规EVLT闭合术局部不加复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶;依据术后患者主诉疼痛的程度、红肿硬结面积消退等几个重要的指标,分别在用药后观察统计3、7、14、21、30天的效果,并对治疗结果进行比较分析。结果 A组患者在疼痛程度、红肿硬结面积消退等几个重要指标上明显优于B组,分别为3、5、8、2、1例vs 0、2、4、6、5例(P<0.01);治疗结果:A组和B组显效、有效和无效分别为16、3、1例vs 4、8、8例,A组临床疗效明显优于B组(P<0.01)。结论应用复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶治疗下肢浅静脉曲张EVLT术后血栓性静脉炎,简便、价廉、安全有效。可减轻患者痛苦,缩短康复时间。

Objective To evaluate the compound sodium aescinate gel in treatment of thrombophlebitis after intracavitary laser surgery for superficial vein varix in lower extremity.Methods Forty cases of superficial vein varix were randomly divided into two groups,each group 20 cases：A group was used with compound sudium aescinate gel after intracavitary closed laser,B group only got conventional closed laser surgery and did not use compound sudium aescinate gel.In accordance with the patient＇s complaint the levels of pain and swelling hardened area,separate statistics on the observations of the days 3,7 days or 14 days,21 days,30 days was conducted for comparative analysis.Results Patients of A group in the ache degree,the swelling hardened area retrogression and other several important targets were superior to patients in B group respectively 3,5,8,2,1 cases vs 0,2,4,6,5 cases（P0.01）;Treatment result： A group and B group in obvious effect,effect and inefficacy respectively were 16,3,1 cases vs 4,8,8 cases,the clinical curative effect of A group surpassed B group obviously（P0.01）.Conclusion Compound sodium aescinate gel is convenient,inexpensive and secure,in easing the patient＇s pain and improving the quality of health in the application for the disease.
