摘要
对以R410A为制冷剂的水源热泵空调机组进行了变进水温度运行的试验研究。制冷工况进水温度为21~36℃的范围内,制热工况在进水温度在6-21℃的范围内,进行了机组制冷量、制热量、输入功率、EER/COP、吸气和排气压力、压比、吸气和排气温度等特性随进水温度变化的测试,分析了R410A机组在变进水温度下制冷和制热运行的特性,实验研究结果表明在目前极力推广使用的地源热泵空调机组(水源热泵空调机组的一种)中,如果地源埋管系统设计不合理,不仅不节能而且更耗能,且在制冷运行时更为明显。本文为R410A水源热泵空调机组的设计与工程应用提供了试验参考依据。
The performance of a R410A water-source heat-pump was studied experimentally with varied inlet-water tempera-ture.Heating capacity,cooling capacity,power input,EER/COP,discharge pressure,suction pressure,pressure ratio,dischargetemperature,suction temperature,condensing temperature and evaporating temperature were measured in the heating conditions inlet-water temperature of 21℃ ~ 36℃ and cooling conditions inlet-water temperature of 6℃ ~ 21℃.The performance of water-source heat pump at varied inlet-water temperature was analyzed,which provides an important experimental reference to the design and application of units with refrigerant R410A.
