摘要
利用杜仲提取物对甲氰菊酯农药进行生物降解实验,结果表明,该杜仲提取物发挥最优降解力的温度是33℃,pH为6.5,添加时间为40min,添加浓度为0.7g/L.在预先涂抹50mg/L甲氰菊酯农药的苹果表面直接使用该杜仲提取物,在最优条件下可以去除水果表面87%左右的甲氰菊酯农药.在预先涂抹50mg/L甲氰菊酯农药的苹果表面使用该杜仲提取物以及1g/L的表面活性剂,可以对水果表面的甲氰菊酯农药降解效果达到93%以上,从而验证了杜仲提取物可作为洗涤助剂开发有农药残留去除效果的瓜果蔬菜洗涤制品.
The extracts taken from Eucommia Bark was acclimated to degrade Fenpropathrin.The extracts had optimum pH6.5,33℃,and 40min.Degradation rate of Fenpropathrin were related to supplement of detergent.A high Fenpropathrin removal rate of 93% were achieved by supplement of 1g/L detergent.Correspondingly,a low Fenpropathrin removal rate of 87% were achieved without detergent.
