摘要
高校后勤要适应市场经济的发展 ,必须解放思想、更新观念、实行企业化管理 ,管理实现制度化、规范化 ,在运行过程中 ,不但要提高后勤职工的整体素质 ,保证服务质量 ,而且必须创造条件充分调动职工的积极性 ,只有这样 。
In order to adapt the developmect of the market econony,the rear-service in the institutions of higher learning must emancipate their thoughts,renew their eoncepts and carry on the manapoment which is exercising enterprization,systematization and standardization.During the implementing process they not only should improve the rear-seovice statf's ouerall quality to ensure the service quality,but also should create conditions to fully mobilize the stalf's initiatives.It is only by this way that they can put forward these reforms.
