连续光源原子吸收光谱法的研究进展及应用 被引量:14

摘要 经过几十年的研究和发展,连续光源原子吸收光谱法(Continuum source atomic ab-sorption spectrometry,CS AAS)在光源、分光系统、检测器、背景校正、软件的研究等方面已取得突破,并且已有商品化仪器。本文主要综述了近几十年来国外对连续光源原子吸收光谱法的研究发展历史及连续光源原子吸收光谱法在非金属(硫和卤素)测定、固体进样技术等方面的应用。 Through several decades' researches and development,the continuum source atomic absorption spectrometry(CS-AAS) has made breakthrough progress in light source,beam splitting system,detector,background correction and the researches on software.Moreover,some commercial instruments have been developed.In this paper,the research progress on CS-AAS at home and abroad in recent years,and the application of CS-AAS in determination of nonmetals(sulfur and halogens) and solid sample injection were reviewed.
