摘要
在实验室以马来酸酐为原料通过催化聚合制备聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA),通过对影响PESA缓蚀阻垢性能的3个合成条件(聚合反应的时间、温度和引发剂加量)设置三因素三水平正交试验组,确定其最佳聚合条件为:聚合反应时间为3 h,温度为85℃、引发剂加量为0.07∶1。在该最优条件下合成PESA,当其加量为40 mg/L时,对钙离子浓度小于500 mg/L的溶液阻垢效率达到100%,对钙离子浓度为600~700 mg/L的溶液阻垢效率达到85%以上;PESA加量为40 mg/L时,能将P110钢在温度为50℃、pH=6的腐蚀介质中的腐蚀速率控制在0.069 mm/a。
Polyepoxy succinic acid(PESA)was synthesized by catalytic polymerization with maleic anhydride as raw materials in lab.After setting three factors three levels orthogonal test on the three synthetic conditions(polymerization reaction time,temperature and initiator dosage),the best polymerization conditions for PESA were determined as follows: polymerization time 3 h,temperature 85 ℃,initiator dosage 0.075︰1.When dosage of PESA prepared under above conditions was 40 mg/L,anti-scaling efficiency for solution whose calcium ion concentration was less than 500 mg/L could reach 100%;for solution whose calcium ion concentration was about 600~700 mg/L,anti-scaling efficiency could be above 85%.When PESA dosage was 40 mg/L,corrosion rate of P110 steel in corrosion medium under conditions of temperature 50 ℃ and pH = 6 could be controlled within 0.069 mm/a.
