2007—2009年我院抗抑郁药利用分析

Usage of antidepressant in Armed police shanxi corps hospital from 2007 to 2009

目的了解我院抗抑郁药的应用情况及用药趋势。方法采用世界卫生组织推荐的限定日剂量方法,对我院2007—2009年抗抑郁药应用情况进行统计分析。结果抗抑郁药销售金额、用药频度均逐年增长,选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRIs)占抗抑郁药销售金额的71%以上,帕罗西汀3年位居销售金额、用药人数榜首,传统的三环类药则逐年减少。结论帕罗西汀等SSRIs抗抑郁药占我院抗抑郁药的主导地位,且成为我院抗抑郁药的一线用药。

Objective To get clear information about the application and the trend of the antidepressant.Methods The application of antidepressant in the Armed police shanxi corps hospital from 2007 to 2009 were statistically analyzed,according to the defined daily dose（DDD） recommend by the world health organization.Results The sales and frequency of the antidepressant increased year by year,the selective 5-hydroxytryptamime（5-HT） selective serotonin reuptake inh-ibitors（SSRIS） was more then 71% of antidepressant sales amount.Paroxetine standed first on the list for sale and the application number during the three years.The traditional tricyclic antidepressant（TCA） medicine decreased year by year.Conclusion The appli-cation of the antidepressant for the Paroxetine SSRIS is the dominant,and became the first drugs for against antidepressant in our hospital.
