摘要
目的了解医学生自信的相关因素,为开展心理健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样法,从宁夏医科大学本科生抽取学生480人,用个人评价问卷、人际关系综合诊断量、父母养育方式量表、焦虑自评量表、社会支持评定量表、特质应对方式问卷进行测量。结果医学生自信水平在性别、来源、年级、专业方面差异无统计学意义。Stepwise多元线性回归分析表明主观支持、与人交谈、母亲因子Ⅲ、积极应对、待人接物、父亲因子Ⅳ是医学生自信的影响因素。结论医学生自信与多种因素相关,应针对其影响因素采取积极有效的应对措施。
Objective To explore related factors of self-confidence in medical undergraduates and to offer theory basis for mental health education.Methods 480 undergraduates sampled from Ningxia medical university were investigated with PEI,ICSDS,EMBU,SAS,TCSQ.Results Medical undergraduates' levels of self-confidence had no significant difference in sex,grades and majors.Stepwise multiple logistic regression analysis indicated that subject support,talking with others,factor Ⅲof mother side,positive copying style,social interaction and factor Ⅳ of father side were influential factors of self-confidence in medical undergraduates.Conclusion Medical undergraduates' self-confidence is related with several factors such as subject support,talking with others,factor Ⅲof mother side,positive copying style,social interaction and factor Ⅳ of father side.Active and effective countermeasures should be taken for raising self-confidence in undergratduates.
