Colleges and universities are important base providing talents to the society.The management of college students directly affects the cultivation of talents for socialist modernization construction.The positive roles of management of college students in creating harmonious school atmosphere and cultivating all-round developed students are discussed from three aspects of the ideological and moral education,learning life and extracurricular life.
