五倍子醇提物的抗氧化活性

Antioxidant activities of alcohol extract from Galla Chinensis

从还原力、清除DPPH自由基、清除超氧阴离子、清除羟自由基和抗脂质过氧化作用等方面研究了五倍子乙醇提取物的抗氧化活性,并同VC或VE进行比较。实验结果表明,五倍子提取物对以上测定方法均表现出明显的抗氧化活性,其抗氧化活性均随其浓度的增加而增强。五倍子提取物和VC(或VE)在同等浓度下,五倍子提取物的还原力和清除超氧阴离子的能力超过VC,清除DPPH自由基和清除羟自由基的能力低于VC,抗脂质过氧化的作用低于VE。五倍子醇提物有很高的抗氧化活性。

Antioxidant activities,including reducing capacity,DPPH free radial scavenging,superoxide anion scavenging,hydroxyl free radical scavenging and anti-lipid peroxidation,of the alcohol extract from Galla Chinensis were studied and compared with VC or VE.The results showed that the antioxidant activities were increased with the concentration of alcohol extract.When studied at the same concentration,both the reducing capacity and superoxide anion scavenging capacity of the extract from Galla Chinensis were higher than that of VC,its DPPH and hydroxyl radical scavenging capacity were lower than VC,and its anti-lipid peroxidation was lower than VE.
