Countermeasures to Coal Powder System Leakage in 1000MW Ultra Supercritical Unit

针对玉环电厂锅炉制粉系统煤粉分配器、煤粉管弯头、波纹管补偿器经常发生泄漏问题进行了详细分析,认为煤粉分配器、煤粉管弯头泄漏是该设备的生产工艺、粘贴胶泥选型及制造细节上的不当造成的;而波纹管补偿器发生泄漏的原因是该设备存在的不足,加之支吊架失效与损坏,煤粉管道的轴向及径向补偿要求超过实际补偿能力造成的。基于上述分析,在订购新设备时,从设备制造选用的原材料到生产工艺,再到制造细节上均应进行严格把关,结合机组的大小修对该系统进行改造升级。事实证明,该方案收效明显,治理经验对相似电厂有较高的借鉴价值。

The frequent leakage of coal powder system at distributor,syphon and corrugativus compensator in Yuhuan power plant.The detailed analysis shows that the leakage of powder distributors and powder pipe syphon was caused by the neglect of arts and crafts,incorrect choice of glub in the manufacturing process;as corrugativus compensator,self-defect and excessive compensatory request in axial and radial direction caused by the disabled supports and hangers of powder pipes are the primary cause.Conquering those faults when order new equipments,from the raw materials of equipment manufacturers to production processes,carry out strictly production details,upgrading the system with big and small repairs of unit.The truth proved that the analysis is correct.The experience is useful as reference to many power plant.
