摘要
分析了临涣煤泥矸石电厂300 MW CFB锅炉FAC-3-B30/150型风水联合冷渣器的故障及其产生原因,并有针对性地采取了改进措施。经过优化运行方式并完成部分技术改造后,冷渣器故障率明显降低,水冷套、排渣管未出现泄漏问题,冷渣器结焦次数明显下降,近3个月以来,未发生因排渣困难导致机组限出力或停机事故。
The paper analyzes the faults and its cause of FAC-3-B30/150 type air-water combined slag cooler on 300 MW CFB boiler in Linhuan gangue power plant,and targeted improvement measures are taken.Optimized operation mode and complete part of the transformation,the slag cooler failure rate was significantly lower,water-cooled units,slagging tube leakage do not appear,the number of slag cooler coke decreased significantly,In nearly 3 months,limited output or shutdown of the unit did not occur caused by slagging discharge difficultly.
