摘要
介绍了1 000 MW超超临界机组一次干态停机过程,并与正常转湿态停机方式进行比较,对超超临界机组干态停机方式的优势进行分析,为机组应对锅炉启动系统不能正常投入、不转湿态快速减负荷解列、停机不停炉处理临时缺陷等特殊工况采用干态停机方式做了有益的探讨和尝试。
This article introduces the process of the dry state shut-down of 1000 MW ultra supercritical unit and makes a comparison with the wet state shut-down which is frequently adopted.The paper also analyses the superiority of the dry state shut-down.This method lays the foundation upon which the usage of the dry state shut-down under some special circumstances might be built.Such as the boiler system can not boot into normal,the splitting of generating units from the system by runback with the wet state and handling temporary flaws while the unit shut down steam turbine but not to shut down boiler.
