摘要
为了进一步节约能源、降低厂用电率,目前部分电厂陆续采用凝泵变频方式节约电能,凝泵变频情况下除氧器水位控制方式的选择和使用成为发电厂运行优化的新课题。在详细介绍了凝泵变频串级三冲量控制和单回路控制在巢湖发电厂1号、2号机组上的应用和在对其凝泵变频系统下除氧器水位控制方式后,并对实际调节效果进行比较。
To further save energy and reduce the plant power rate,currently,part of the power plant use condensate pump frequency conversion for energy saving.It's a new topic for selection and application of deaerator water level control mode under condensate pump frequency conversion in optimization of operation in power plant.The paper introduces the application of cascade three-impulse and single loop control in condensate pump frequency conversion on 1# and 2# units in Chaohu power plant,and deaerator water level control mode under condensate pump frequency conversion system,and compares the actual adjustment results.
