摘要 纳米技术可以对材料的物理特性进行本质上的改变,为工业界带来根本性的变革。纳米镀膜技术在国内印制电路板行业最近已经渐渐兴起,通过对铣刀、钻头进行镀膜,可以延长刀具的寿命,提高工作效率,同时还可以使得机械加工的综合成本大大下降。文章从原理上分析为何镀膜技术可以提高刀具的寿命,如何克服镀膜刀具在生产中遇到的问题,如何进行镀膜刀具的成本核算等等,这些对于镀膜刀具能否成功地得到应用都是至关重要的。通过这篇文章,希望可以为PCB业界带来新的工作思路和经验。 Nano technology can change the physical properties of materials,which brings great reform to all kinds of the industry.Nano coating plating technology is spring up in Chinese PCB industry recently;By nano coating plating to the drill bit and other tools,the life of the tooling is lengthened,working efficiency of drilling and routing is enhanced,also cost saving in the mechanical process can be available.In this article,the principle of how the nano coating plating can lengthen the tooling life will be analyzed and presented,and also the trouble shooting /cost adjust accounts of this technology,and so on...all this is significantly important to the succeed of the project. By this article,we share our experience to the PCB industry and wish it's to be useful.
