摘要
"劳动关系"与"劳务关系"虽只一字之差,但内容上和本质上却不尽相同,导致生活中极易产生混淆。为了正确区分两种关系,本文提出了可供判断的几种区别要件。
There is not only literal difference between ＂labor relation＂ and ＂employment relation＂,but difference in essential meaning of the two terms,which usually causes misunderstanding easily.To clarify the difference,the article offers some key elements to help people understand the two terms better.
