TA2合金水火矫正工艺

摘要 为了确定TA2合金筒形件的校形工艺问题,采用实验室试验的方法,对TA2合金板材进行水火矫正工艺试验,通过对校形后试板的变形量、各项性能及金相组织的分析,讨论了变形温度对变形及性能的影响,通过对TA2合金筒形试件进行工艺可行性验证,在不同加热温度下的试板性能全部能满足GB/T3621-94《钛及钛合金板》的要求,在变形后对试板的力学性能进行测试表明提高了抗拉强度,降低了屈服强度和延伸率,因而采用水火矫正的试验工艺不会降低板材力学性能,从而确定了TA2合金筒形件的水火矫正工艺。该试验结论对钛及其合金的水火矫正工艺具有一定的指导意义。 To make sure the proofreading process of TA2 alloy cylinder piece,we adopt the laboratory testing methods and do an experience on TA2 alloy material by means of fire and water correction process.By analysis the deformation,various functions and metallographic structure of the materials after proofreading,we mainly discuss the deformation temperature how to effect the deformation and function;Then,by making an process validated confirmation toTA2 alloy cylinde pieces,we make sure the testing materials can meet all performance test plate GB/T3621-94 "Titanium and titanium alloy board "requirements theTA2 at different heating temperatures;By testing the mechanical properties of the test materials after deformation,we find the materials improved the tensile strength,lowered the yield strength and elongation,so adopting this method cannot reduce the mechanical properties which ensure the TA2 alloy cylindrical pieces of fire and water correction process.The study conclusion has a guiding significance to the titanium and its alloys in water and fire correction process.
