某型发动机进气歧管改型设计的CFD计算 被引量:8

摘要 为了验证某发动机进气系统改型设计的性能,采用CFD数值计算的方法,模拟进气歧管内空气流动,通过比较流体阻力系数、流量系数和空气流量率等参数确定改型设计方案。研究结果表明:弯管处产生的涡流是流动损失的主要因素,在尽量加大进气歧管弯曲半径的同时,将弯管处截面设计成扁圆形状后,并适当增大歧管进口截面积,优化后管内流动阻力和空气流量均优于原型机。研究结论对发动机进气系统的设计具有一定的参考价值。 In order to evaluate the performance of the modification on inlet manifold in an engine,the CFD simulation method was used to simulate air flow in inlet manifold system.By comparing flow resistance coefficient,flow coefficient and air flow rate coefficient,a final modification design was determined.The results indicate that turbulence in bend pipe was the major factor affecting the flow loss.Therefore,the cross section of bend pipe was designed as oblate shape,and the inlet cross-section of manifold was increased while its radius was also increased at the same time.The results demonstrate that the flow resistance and flow rate after optimization were superior to that of prototype machine.
