煤质对水煤浆气化装置运行的影响

Influence of Coal Quality to the Performance of Coal Slurry Gasification Unit

原料煤的品质对于水煤浆加压气化装置的正常运行非常重要， 为此， 我厂对先后使用的两种原料煤进行了性能比较， 并投入了工业应用， 生产情况表明， 更换气化原料煤后， 提高了合成氨装置的连续运行率。

A comparison in operation performance is carried out between two kinds of coal used in the plant. It is shown that coal quality is rather important to the normal run of coal slury gassification unit. The rate of continues run is raised after the change of feed.
