试论多因复合是脑动脉硬化的基本病机特征

Basic Pathogenesis Characteristic of Cerebral Arteriosclerosis:Multi-etiological Compound

基于国医大师周仲瑛教授"复合病机"理论,从病因病机、辨证分型和专方专药等角度进行文献分析,进而提出脑动脉硬化的基本病机特征是多因复合为患。临床治疗脑动脉硬化应基于基本病机随证加减治疗,才能取得更好疗效。

Based on compound pathogenesis theory of national medical professor ZHOU Zhong-ying,literature analysis was conducted in the perspective of etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,specific prescriptions and medicines and so on.The basic pathogenesis characteristic of cerebral arteriosclerosis：multi-etiological compound was accordingly proposed.Clinically,the treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis should be on the basis of basic pathogenesis and the treatment of modification with symptoms to obtain better therapeutic effect.
