加味六君子汤对肥胖相关性高血压病患者血清瘦素的影响

Influence of Supplemented Liujunzi Decoction on Serum Leptin in Patients with Obesity-related Hypertention

目的观察中西医结合疗法对肥胖相关性高血压病患者的相关指标及血清瘦素改善情况。方法选取2009年7月-2010年7月武汉市中心医院门诊肥胖相关性高血压病40例患者,随机分为对照组(19例)和治疗组(21例),对照组口服贝那普利,同时常规饮食控制、跑步运动等,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用加味六君子汤,疗程8周。观察体质量、血压、血脂、瘦素的变化,进行治疗前后和组之间的比较。结果治疗组治疗后体质量指数(BMI)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)和总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、瘦素水平与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);SBP、DBP和TC、LDL-C水平与对照组比较,差异也有显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论中西医结合疗法有确切的减肥降压作用,可有效地降低肥胖相关性高血压病患者体质量、血压、血脂及血清瘦素水平。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical curative effect of Supplemented Liujunzi Decoction on serum leptin in patients with obesity-related hypertention.METHODS 40 patients were randomly divided into the control group（19 cases） and the treatment group（21 cases）.Patients in the control group took Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets orally.Meanwhile,regular diet and exercises like running were involved.On the basis of the control group treatment,the treatment group were added Supplemented Liujunzi Decoction for 8 courses.Changes of weight,blood pressure,choletrolaemia and leptin were observed to compare the two groups as well as different effect within one group.RESULTS In the treatment group,body mass index（BMI）,systolic pressure（SBP）,diastolic pressure（DBP）,total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low density lipoprotein（LDL-C） and leptin after the treatment differed from the treatment before and obvious significance revealed（P0.01）.In comparison with the control group,the differences of SBP,DBP,TC and LDL-C also had apparent difference（P0.05,P0.01）.CONCLUSION Proper diet,moderate exercise and orally-taken hypotensor are conductive to improve the body mass,choletrolaemia and blood pressure
