摘要
目的观察自血疗法配合针刺治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法将86例患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组43例,采用自血疗法配合针刺治疗寻常痤疮;对照组43例采用单纯针刺治疗。3个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率72.09%,对照组痊愈率46.51%,经比较2组间具有显著性差异(P<0.01);2组痊愈例数治疗次数比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论自血疗法配合针刺治疗寻常痤疮能明显提高痊愈率,缩短疗程。
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of self-blood therapy matching with acupuncture in treating acne vulgaris.METHODS 86 cases were divided into the treatment group and the control group.43 cases in the treatment group were applied the self-blood therapy matching with acupuncture to treat acne vulgaris while 43 cases in the control group were merely adopted acupuncture.The therapeutic effect was observed after three courses of treatment.RESULTS The recovery rate of the treatment group was 72.09% while the control group was 46.51%.Conspicuous difference presented in two groups after comparison（P0.01）,and the cured cases in two groups also showed greatly significant difference（P0.01）.CONCLUSION Self-blood therapy matching with acupuncture can distinctively enhance the recovery rate and shorten the course of treatment.
