七才汤对小鼠肠道菌群影响的研究

Effects of Qicai Decoction on the Intestinal Flora of Mice

目的探讨七才汤对小鼠肠道菌群的影响。方法小鼠随机分为4组:对照组,七才汤低、中、高剂量组。对照组小鼠灌服蒸馏水,低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组小鼠分别灌服不同剂量的七才汤14d,观察各组小鼠肠道内双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、肠杆菌和肠球菌、产气荚膜梭菌、拟杆菌等6种菌群变化。结果实验前后对照组和七才汤低剂量组小鼠肠道内菌群数无统计学差异(P>0.05);而七才汤中和高剂量组双歧杆菌、乳杆菌和拟杆菌的数目增多(P<0.05),肠杆菌、肠球菌、产气荚膜梭菌的数目减少(P<0.05)。结论七才汤对小鼠肠道菌群具有调节作用:促进益生菌生长、抑制有害致病菌的生长。

Objective To investigate the effects of Qicai decoction on the intestinal flora in mice.Methods Mice were randomly divided into four groups： control group,low,medium and high dose group.Mice in the experimental groups were orally administered with Qicai decoction decoction of different doses,while those in the control group with distilled water for 14 d.Intestinal flora,such as Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus,Enterobacter,Perfringens and Bacteroides,were counted before and after administration,respectively.Results The intestinal flora in the control group and Qicai decoction group of low dose changed little after administration（P〉0.05）,compared with the baseline.The amount of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Bacteroides increased（P〈0.05） and that of Enterococcus,Enterobacter,and Perfringens decreased（P〈0.05） in Qicai decoction groups with medium and high dose,compared with the intestinal colonies before administration.Conclusion The Qicai decoction can effectively accommodate the quantity of intestinal tract colonies by stimulating the proliferation of probiotic bacteria and inhibiting growth of pernicious bacteria.
