摘要
根据富民优先、重大需求导向、突出可持续发展的原则,在富民、安全、健康、生态环境等领域选择了三类科技惠民重大科技工程,并提出相关政策建议。
In this paper,the authors has chosen 3 kinds of technology engineering,and put forward related countermeasuresin aspects of enriching people,safety,health and ecological condition,according to principles of priority to make people rich,important demand orientation and sustainable development.
