我国高等教育发展的系统思考

Systems thinking on the higher educational development in China

针对我国高等教育发展面临的问题,运用系统动力学方法建立了高等教育发展的因果关系模型,并运用该模型对我国高等教育发展进行了系统分析,提出了提高就业率、提高教学质量、改革财政拨款方式和科学规划招生规模等几点建议。

To solve the problem faced by the development of the higher education in China,the paper builds a corresponding causal model by means of system dynamics method.Then the higher educational development in China is systematically analyzed by using the model.Suggestions are also offered such as increasing the employment rate,improving the teaching quality,reforming the way of the financial allocation and scientifically planning the enrollment scale,etc.
